Welcome to ONVA. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.

 

1. Services Provided

We provide remote professional support through virtual assistants and specialized professionals across multiple categories, including but not limited to administration, customer service, social media management, marketing, project management, executive support, and web assistance. Services are delivered remotely and tailored to the scope of the selected plan.


2. Plans & Payments

  • All plans are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payments are due in advance on a monthly basis.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and other online payment platforms provided at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated in advance.


3. Upgrades, Downgrades, Cancellations & Pauses

  • Any upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, or pause of a plan must be requested at least 15 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable, except in cases of service errors on our part.

  • Clients remain responsible for payments due within the active billing cycle.


4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the necessary access to tools, platforms, or accounts required for service delivery.

  • Clients are responsible for the use and implementation of any deliverables, recommendations, or results generated by our professionals.


5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any sensitive data to third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.

  • We take reasonable steps to protect client data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of online communications.


6. Limitations of Liability

  • Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased revenue, customer acquisition, or measurable business growth.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services.


7. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain full ownership of their data, content, and intellectual property.

  • Any work produced by our professionals within the scope of a service plan will be delivered to the client for their use, with no ownership claimed by us.


8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to non-payment or misuse of services.

  • Termination does not waive the client’s responsibility for any outstanding payments.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of USA. 


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
